Terms of use

1. The services

My Panel SMM sells social media visibility services (followers, likes, views, comments…). We are not affiliated with any social network.

2. Before ordering

• Read the service description: link format, start time, speed and guarantee.
• The profile or post must stay public during the whole delivery.
• One order at a time per link: wait for the previous one to finish before placing a new one.
• We never ask for your password.

3. Delivery and refunds

• Stated times are estimates and may vary with network load.
• An undelivered or partially delivered order is refunded to your balance for the missing part.
• A wrong link, a private or deleted account, or a name change during delivery may cause the order to be lost without refund.
• Added balance is not refundable in cash, unless required by law.

4. Guarantee (refill)

“Guaranteed” services can be refilled for free during the stated period if the count drops. Services without a guarantee are not refilled.

5. Account use

You are responsible for the use of your account and API key. Any fraud, chargeback or abuse leads to account suspension.

6. Changes

These terms may change. The version online at the time of the order applies.
